Teamleader Operations - Two Shifts

You will receive a gross monthly salary of € 3.500,- up to € 4.900,-. 

Your responsibilities as Teamleader Operations:

• Motivate and inspire your team to achieve production targets
• Monitor output and make timely adjustments to meet daily goals
• Oversee daily departmental operations and report to management
• Strategically manage resources: personnel, machinery, and materials
• Provide coaching and development through training and performance review
• You will have the opportunity to build your own team and take part in job interviews
• Ensure high standards of quality and lead improvement initiatives
• Following the standarts of the 5S model

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in a leadership role in a manufacturing environment
• Education at mbo+ level in Technical or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent by experience)
• Strong leadership abilities: inspire, guide, and manage a team effectively

As a Teamleader Operations, you’ll start with a gross monthly salary of € 3.500,- up to € 4.900,- which includes:

• Two-shift schedule: 06:00 to 14:15 and 14:15 to 23:00
