After Sales Employee (Logistics)

As an After Sales Logistics Employee, you play an important role in the return and service process. You are responsible for handling incoming and returned products, inspecting goods, and ensuring that all items are processed correctly before reaching the service department. This is a hands-on logistics position with some system administration, rather than a purely office-based role. The position comes with a gross hourly salary of € 16,13.

You start your day by sorting and unpacking incoming goods. Returned products are checked for defects and prepared for the next step in the process. Throughout the day, you work closely with customer service teams and ensure all product and order information is accurately registered in the system.

Your responsibilities

• Sorting and unpacking incoming goods
• Inspecting returned products and forwarding them to the service department
• Processing orders and product information in Navision
• Acting as the internal point of contact for customer service departments
• Supporting the after-sales and returns process from a logistics perspective

• Mbo level working and thinking ability
• Proficient in spoken and written English, required for effective communication with internal departments and international colleagues
• An eye for detail and an interest in logistics processes

• € 16,13 gross per hour, with salary growth based on performance
• Fixed working hours: 08:30 – 17:00 
• Travel allowance of € 0,23 per km
