As a Technical Operator Electronics, you are responsible for keeping automated production lines running smoothly and efficiently. You monitor production processes, perform quality checks, adjust machines for new production orders and ensure that products meet the required quality standards. Working in a team of around 30 colleagues, you will contribute to the production of high-tech electronics while continuously developing your technical skills. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with technology, values quality and likes to take responsibility within a modern manufacturing environment. From day one, you will be supported through a structured onboarding program, receive guidance from a buddy and gain access to your own training budget and the company academy. In return for your contribution, you'll receive a starting gross monthly salary of € 3.182,- including shift allowance.

Whether you've worked as a Machine Operator or in another technical production environment, what matters most is your willingness to learn and develop within a high-tech manufacturing environment.

  • Experience operating or working with machines in a production environment
  • An interest in technology and the motivation to continuously learn
  • Good communication skills in English and willingness to work in a two-shift system

Aanbod

As a Technician, you’ll start with a gross monthly salary of € 3.182,-  with higher compensation possible depending on your experience and level, which includes:

  • A 14,4% shift allowance
  • Two-shift schedule: 06:00 to 14:15 and 14:15 to 23:00 


From day one, you’ll benefit from excellent secondary employment benefits, including:

  • The employer contributes 17,09% of the pensionable salary to the employee’s pension scheme, starting from the age of 18
  • A travel expense reimbursement of € 0,25 per kilometer applies
  • Overtime compensated at 125%
  • Holiday leave: 27 days per year based on full-time employment
  • You will receive a holiday allowance of 8%
