Tech Repair Employee (Schijndel)

Are you practical, hands-on, and motivated to work in a technical environment? As a Tech Repair Employee, you will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and preparing wooden packaging for reuse. Using a variety of hand tools, you will restore damaged packaging and ensure it meets the required quality standards. You will receive a gross monthly salary between €2,600 and €2,850, the prospect of a permanent contract, 25 vacation days and the possibility of weekly salary payments. 

What will you do?

• Inspect returned packaging to ensure it is complete and undamaged
• Perform repairs on packaging
• Work from clear instructions and photographs
• Report missing parts to the work planner
• Prepare products for the next step in the process

• Good command of the English language
• Skilled in using hand tools

• Full-time position of 32 to 40 hours per week (working days negotiable)
• Gross monthly salary between €2,600 and €2,850
• Overtime allowances
• Permanent contract upon satisfactory performance
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per km
• 25 vacation days and 8% holiday allowance
• Working hours from 07:30 to 16:30
• Company events such as BBQs, social gatherings, Easter brunches, and Christmas celebrations
• Attractive pension scheme, with the employer contributing 50%

The organization designs, manufactures, repairs, and recycles packaging for international customers.
