What will you do?

• Inspect and assess returned products
• Repair, assemble and refurbish medical devices
• Process and follow up on return requests
• Act as the internal contact for Customer Service
• Maintain return and complaint records in the database

• You work accurately and value high quality
• You have a good command of the English language, both spoken and written
• You are available full-time for day shift work

• € 15,- gross per hour, with salary growth based on performance
• Fixed working hours: 08:30 – 17:00 
• Travel allowance of € 0,23 per km
