Technician Dayshift

As an Technician in the cable department, you will be responsible for supporting and performing various production activities across different workstations, including cutting, stripping, assembly, and visual inspection of cable components. This position is open to candidates without prior experience or a formal degree. We are looking for someone who is calm, precise, and focused, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety. The ability to work independently and diligently is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform manual tasks such as cutting, stripping, and assembling cables

• Conduct visual inspections of finished components

• Follow established procedures and quality standards

• Comply with all safety regulations and guidelines

• Report any deviations or defects

• You want to work with both your head and your hands
• You have a good command of the English language, both spoken and written

• You'll start with a gross monthly salary of € 2.670,74 
• You will work in one shift from 7.30 till 16.00 
• Want to work more? You can! Overtime is never required but always welcome
• Overtime is immediately paid out, with rates that can rise to 140% depending on your performance
• On top of that, you’ll receive a 6% profit share based on your base salary, paid out directly
