Operations Supervisor

Are you a hands-on leader who knows how to get the best out of a team? In this role, you take full ownership of daily operations and ensure everything runs safely, efficiently and on target. In this role, you lead a team of 15 to 30 colleagues and play a key part in ensuring smooth daily operations while continuously improving processes on the floor. 

As Operations Supervisor , you will work in a day shift from Monday to Friday, earning a salary between € 3.200,- and € 4.200,- gross per month depending on your experience.  What will you do?

• Lead, coach and motivate your team on a daily basis
• Monitor productivity, quality, safety and KPIs
• Ensure smooth daily operations and planning
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and report to the Operations Manager

What do you bring?

• Experience in leading operational or production teams 
• Fluent in the English language, Dutch is a plus
• Strong leadership skills combined with a hands-on mentality and a focus on improvement, efficiency and structure
